Road Poets is a high-energy Gabriola rock band delivering bluesy story songs with heart and grit, written by frontman Dave Teichroeb. Their 90s-style riff rock brings both message and movement, featuring Dave on vocals and guitar, Kelly Field on bass, Chris Wood on lead guitar and vocals, and Warren Fraleigh on drums—think Neil Young meets Crazy Horse.

2 Sailing Wait is Gabriola’s most unconventional party band, rehearsing on buses and in ferry waiting rooms. With Phil “Philthy” Frisson, Fraser “Stumbleweed” Gabbott, Mike “Ryobi Man” Mead, and Michael “Def Lefty” Carey, they deliver classic covers and pure dancefloor fun, turning every ferry wait into a rock ‘n’ roll celebration.

Rockson Road brings powerful, original rock and blues anthems that are soulful, passionate, and wildly danceable. Nathan Sobko leads the band as the songwriter, lead vocals, lead guitar, and rhythm guitar; joined by Thomas Jacobson on keyboard; Jose Vieira on lead guitar, rhythm guitar, and backing vocals; Derek Mattes on drums; Tomas Jackson on the bass guitar and backing vocals. their music draws from the classic rock of the 60s–80s with a lyrical punch and contagious energy.
