All are welcome. Only members with a current membership at the time of the AGM may vote. To help us track attendance for capacity at the Gabriola Arts and Heritage Centre, please RSVP to anne@artsgabriola.ca with your name and any guests.
Date: Wednesday March 25, 2026.
Time: Registration is at 5:30 PM. AGM starts at 6:00 PM.
Location: Gabriola Arts and Heritage Centre, 476 South Road.
The business meeting will be followed by presentation of the Gabriola Artist Support Program (GASP!) grants and the 2026 ARTY Award.
The Agenda for the meeting can be found here. The 2024-2025 fiscal year end financial document will be available on our website by March 18 2026 or before as we await our financial auditor’s return from vacation. In advance of that, the draft 2024-2025 fiscal year end financial document can be made available upon request to anne@artsgabriola.ca.
