Gabriola Community Seed Bank Seed Saving Workshop

Do you want to learn about saving your own seeds? Or do you have some seed saving advice to share? Gabriola Seed Bank will be holding a free workshop on September 27 at the Agi Hall.
The morning workshop from 10-12 will focus on annuals (beans, squash, tomatoes, etc.).
Our afternoon session 12:30-2:30 will focus an biannuals (carrots, parsnips, kale, etc.)
We will have examples on hand of various crops, cleaning methods, an assortment of equipment, and handouts. We hope to show you have to harvest seeds from various plants as well.
You can choose which workshop to attend or stay for both. We hope to see you there.
