Description
Men's Sheds are really all about men's health and well being, probably the largest volunteer organization in the world dedicated to men's health.
There are about 70 Men's Sheds aspiring and established in BC and the Salt Spring Shed is probably the largest in Canada in terms of membership with over 200 members.
While Men's Sheds are open to all men, everyone is welcome to come to this meeting where you will learn what Men's Sheds are all about.
Some members of the Nanaimo Men's Shed will be there to share their experience and enthusiasm as well as a member of the Men's Shed Association of BC. If Men's Sheds and Gabriola are a fit, we will tell you how to start yours and where the help is coming from.
