Welcome to our 3rd season of BRICKYARD! We are excited to welcome everyone back for the most colourful and exciting outdoor event on Gabriola Island! Bring: Instruments, potluck dishes, blankets, chairs, flashlights, coats, beachwear, drinks, and dancing feet. Every Wednesday Night - All Summer Long! 5 -10 PM Potluck - 5 PM Bring your favourite dish for the community to share. All foods are welcome! Please list if it is veggie, vegan, gluten-free or has any allergens. Food will stay out all night or whenever you need to go. Bring a cooler if you need it to stay cool. If everyone brings a dish there will be a great feast for everyone to enjoy together! There will be a portapotty and hand sanitizer on site, so do not fret not, no need to run away! Music - 6 to 10 PM Bring your favourite musical friend and all your instruments! It's a musical beach party! Depending on how many musicians want to play, it will be open-mic-style with 3 songs per performance and sometimes 2 if the list gets too busy. Come talk to one of the hosts to get on the list! All levels of experience are accepted. We will try to have solo and chill performances earlier in the night and louder and dancier music later in the evening. Every year we set up the beach with a different stage and decorations, so expect to see something a bit different this year as we terraform the stage once again!
