Forest Therapy Walk in Cox park with Janice Furevick, Nanaimo counsellor and forest therapy guide. Janice will help us immerse ourselves in the nature around us, open our senses and slow down our busy minds. Pre-registration required: email programs@gallt.ca Suggested donation $25. Janice is donating everything to GaLTT's Land Aquisition fund to help keep Gabe green!
