Description

Experience goat yoga out on a sunny deck in a natural farm setting.  Led by a certified instructor, Linda Mah Ford will lead participants though a 60 minute Yan/Yin Flow class that fuses the electricity of flow yoga and the stillness of yin yoga with plenty of opportunities to interact with the goats of all ages.    There is a 30 minute cuddle/photo opportunity at the end of the session.
