We're doing something Chef Al has been wanting to do for a while and jumping on the smash burger trend 🍔🍟 while offering a fun, family-friendly dinner menu! 🍔Smash burger & skinny fries - 1/4lb beef patty w/cheddar cheese, pickles, onion & special sauce $𝟭𝟰 (+ $1.25 for GF bun) 🧀Mac n' cheese (veg option) - macaroni in rich cheese sauce & topped with crunchy panko mix $𝟭𝟬 🥗Side classic coleslaw $𝟰 🍔Kids burger & fries - plain burger w/ half portion skinny fries $𝟭𝟬 🧀Kids mac n’ cheese - half portion $𝟱 "A smash burger is made by smashing a meatball-sized portion of ground beef onto a hot griddle or frying pan, which produces a thin patty with a crispy exterior." Delicious! 😋 Can't wait for this one! Eat-in or takeaway, no resos necessary (fcfs), no phone orders please.
