Free Spirit Gallery is pleased to announce GROW YOUR BEAUTIFUL featuring Jade Krupa's newest full collection of women in full plant inspired regalia. All pieces are 18"x24" framed and reflect a spirit of empowerment in female form. Her mixed media, energetic approach is fresh and full of vitality! Jade's work continues to evolve as she takes risks in her subject matter and themes. Her use of mixed media is always diverse and experimental from charcoal to watercolour, acrylic to ink and even tea water. Her spirit for life, her natural environment and her art is uplifting.

Ever since I can remember, I’ve loved fashion. So much so that I have a fashion degree and

graduated top of my class. This was many years ago and honestly didn’t exactly do anything

with it. Until now. My life is full of people who LOVE the beauty of flowers and growing food. 

There is a feeling of joy when spring arrives, and I can start planting and planning my deck garden with herbs and flowers. 

Things start to bloom and we see the hummingbirds start hatching babies and prefer to drink from the flowers instead of the feeders. 

I grow my own beautiful daily.

My daughter is 9 feet tall at 10 years old and has this lovely, delicate, and a bit awkward way

about her. She loves fashion and art, and these lovely ladies are based upon her. My son

loves fruit and vegetables the most in his world. He is my fellow gardener and farming

companion and one of my biggest groupies. My husband sees my art and expects nothing less. He saw these pieces all finished and

named this line "Grow your Beautiful.”

Artist BIO

I am the artist for the animals. My profession is my love. The main part of my artistic business is custom pet portraits. Working from photos, I create a beautiful piece of layered tea stain, pen and ink, watercolour, charcoal and acrylics to each piece. The best part of my portrait art is the amazing life stories that come with the bookings. I am able to connect with the love told to me and put it in the piece.

I am also connected with a few not for profit animal rescues in Canada taking pride that with my art, I have donated upwards of $40,000 over the past decade. Along with custom works, spend my time creating creations of animals mostly inspired from my little homestead! I have chickens, muscovy ducks and geese. My days are spent at home being a wife, a mum to two awesome tiny humans, an artist and a homesteader. When I am not running Oxen or on an adventure with my family in the forest or at the ocean, I am happy at home. I work from home and I farm from home. Most of my inspiration for my art is at home. Home is my happy place.
