
WORKSHOP: Befriend Koji, Japanese National Fungi

Yoko is a koji advisor who is passionate about sharing her knowledge of uses of this beneficial fungi to transform the way of cooking and eating.
You will get to know what is koji, and how you can benefit from it. Each of you will make and take home a jar of salt koji and a jar of soy sauce koji, and learn how to use them with some samples.
