Before arriving on Gabriola, Mitra lived in Tehran, Iran for most of her life. There she learned to cook many traditional Persian dishes.
Learn to make the fluffy basmati with a crispy golden crust that is a hallmark of Persian cuisine. Mitra will demonstrate two unique “Tahdig” methods step by step.
BRING: a single serving meal container, for taking some of the finished rice home.
