McRae bench dedication

Saturday, May 20, 2023 | 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm


Join us on May 20th at 1 pm for the dedication of a bench celebrating Stan and Maxine McRae who put a conservation covenant on 18.22 acres of land to ensure its protection in perpetuity for the benefit of wildlife and the people of Gabriola.

Reception at the museum after the dedication ceremony

Access the McRae Covenant lands from Fell Road or via the post office trail (Fell Road access is best for people with mobility issues).

Andre Nobels created this stunning Bench in honour of Stan and Maxine.
