The Silva Bay Yacht Club (SBYC) and Gabriola Power & Sail Squadron (GPSS) are co-hosting “Nautical Day” on June 8th, 2 pm - 6 pm at Page’s Resort & Marina (near the store).

What’s happening on Nautical Day June 8th? 

SBYC members and GPSS members will be on hand to answer questions about their respective clubs from 2 pm - 6 pm near the Page’s Resort & Marina general store.

 We will be selling hot dogs & water - proceeds to CPS Gabriola Youth Boating Camp. They are our future boaters! GPSS (CPS now known as CanBoat) 

Recreational Vessel Courtesy Checks Members available to discuss upcoming workshops & courses Know someone who needs their VHF radio Operator Certificate-Maritime (ROC-M) or their Pleasure Craft Operator Certificate (PCOC)? Agathe Gaulin & Nigel Wells, GPSS Examiners will be available to discuss Challenge options. Try your hand at securing dock lines on Lil'Gabe, knot-tying, throwing life rings and throw bags, and reading charts.
