Outdoor Forest Sound Bath begins at 7pm following a Solstice Drop In afternoon to walk the Heart Labyrinth, tour a unique garden/yard setting and learn about the science and healing benefits of sound frequencies. The evening Sound Bath offering is By Donation and includes guided meditation, breath focus and intention with the nourishing sounds of nature and instruments... gongs,Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, drums, rattles, drum sheet, rainstick, tuning forks and more! Be held by the forest and the frequencies as you Rest and Restore in a beautiful cedar forest on this year's Summer Solstice. NOTE: 14 seats available in the forest (first come).You may also wish to bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit in nearby spaces.
