The Art and Adventures of Doug Harrison Thursday, April 20, 2023 | 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm Explore the working west coast through the personal account of Doug Harrison. From his time as a young boy growing up in logging camps in the Alberni Valley to managing the MacMillan Bloedel Operations on Haida Gwaii, Doug has many a story to tell of the fascinating and resilient people who worked and lived on the west coast. It is the scenes of everyday working life on the west coast that inspired Doug to pick up a paint brush and capture a way of life almost forgotten. Hear tales of adventure and see them brought to life in Doug’s art. Admission by donation Doors open at 6:30
