What's the difference between these two programs?
Weightlifting for the Female Body is GYM BASED. By the end of the 4 week course you will feel confident in the gym including lifting heavy which is required for strengthening bones.
The Kickstart Program is HOME BASED and a longer program (2x per week for 12 weeks) so there is more time for Tasha to work with you personally. The course is more in depth with pelvic health, pelvic floor strength, and developing a stronger foundation with weightlifting routines and form.
BOTH programs have an educational component on pelvic health and female specific strength training.
BOTH programs are suitable for beginners and people who haven't been active for a long time. These programs are also suitable for people who have been active and have experience but want to take a course or program to go more in depth with female specific strength building and pelvic health.
