Living Life to the Full - Youth Program

Description


This course will help to improve mood and well-being and reduce stress and anxiety. This is an eight-week community based course that provides simple, practical skills for; copingn with stress, problem solving, boosting you rmood, and busting bad thoughts. Designed for youth ages 13 - 18.
